Job Description

Our team provides experience-based solutions across our four core competencies: Cybersecurity, Software Services, System & Network Engineering, and IT Operations & Maintenance.

Position Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and ensure customer platforms operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce instances.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions using various configuration tools.
  • Customize Salesforce to fit customer's specific needs by building automations, workflows, and custom fields.
  • Maintain system health by performing regular backups, upgrades, and security reviews.
  • Provide ongoing user support by troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide administrative support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Government projects is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation.
  • Proven ability to develop a strategy and write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all IT, internal staff, and management levels.
  • The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Candidates must have attention to detail and the capability to document details of completed work effectively.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications - Salesforce.com such as Salesforce.com Administrator required
