Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Search Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive talent aligned with organizational goals.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and networks to identify and engage high-caliber executive candidates across various industries.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and provide expert guidance on executive recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including executive interviews, reference checks, and background evaluations, to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of executive search efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives across diverse industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in executive search methodologies and best practices.
    • Strong network of executive-level contacts and industry connections.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
