Recently, the integration of backup batteries has become imperative for powering homes effectively. However, certain competitors have neglected this guideline, resulting in homeowners incurring additional costs by relying solely on utility power. Aveyo recognizes this as an opportunity to enhance the industry's integrity by educating homeowners on the diverse range of batteries available and their advantageous role in addressing their energy needs.

In this position, you will be responsible for generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales consultants. Utilize your exceptional communication skills and sales abilities to introduce potential customers to the benefits of solar energy solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and customer satisfaction. Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Engage in dynamic sales consultations by initiating personable interactions through door-to-door approaches (CANVASSING) , igniting interest and building rapport with homeowners.

  • Execute thorough sales consultations with homeowners, effectively conveying the array of advantages associated with embracing solar energy solutions and incorporating backup batteries into their residences.

  • Embrace a collaborative team ethos by actively participating in routine meetings, contributing valuable insights and innovative ideas to propel collective achievements.

  • Formulate and implement a bespoke customer service strategy aimed at not just meeting but exceeding client expectations, ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression..

  • Consistently outperform predefined monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks, showcasing a steadfast commitment to attaining and surpassing objectives while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and excellence.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • Preference for an active HIS (Home Improvement Salesman) license, though not mandatory.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service .

  • Flexible full-time availability , with the freedom to choose your own hours, up to 40 hours per week.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual proficiency being advantageous.

  • Completion of relevant sales and technician training programs .

  • Ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION: Depends on experience - To be discussed further in the interview stage.

Expected earnings: $90,000-$110,000+/Year
