Stile by Per Lei is currently not filling seasonal positions. This stylist position is for year round employment.

Stile by Per Lei in Newtown Square, PA is looking for a full and part-time stylist to join our team. We are located on 3555 West Chester Pike. Our ideal candidate is personable, team-oriented, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to customers.
• Initiative and self-assurance to approach and sell to customers comfortably.
• Create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Commit to delivering an optimistic, high energy, and team oriented store atmosphere.
• Provide the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
• Build and cultivate effective relationships with customers.
• Provide team support by helping to complete tasks, sharing knowledge, or assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting different styles and incorporating latest trends/current promotions based on the customer’s individual style.
• Accurately perform register sales transactions in a timely manner.
• Display commitment, dedication, and initiative to operate a store dependably with minimal direction or supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and neat sales floor/fitting rooms to ensure the store environment is presentable for customers.
• Maintain the integrity of inventory by effectively and efficiently handling all merchandise.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in a manner consistent with Stile’s policies, keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all of Stile’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Full-Time: 1+ years retail experience required.
• Part-Time: Experience is not required, but preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with technology and ability/comfort level to operate a point of sale system.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate the hours of a retail store.
