To be clear, you will be working on our product, not websites or blogs. We need someone who can deliver creative solutions and options with a balance of speed and ingenuity.

  What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product manager to align designs with business goals and user expectations.
• Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
• Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces adhering to brand guidelines.
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay ahead of UX trends, advocating for user-centric design and best practices.

Your Toolbox:

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX design expertise (research, wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience in usability testing, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• A passion for crafting mobile-responsive, inclusive designs that enhance user engagement.

Location: Pleasanton, California
Salary: USD 55 to 75 Hourly
Timeframe: 3-4 months, with the potential to extend and/or hire.
