Role Overview

We’re looking for a UX Researcher who is deeply curious about users and passionate about transforming insights into meaningful impact. This Contract-to-Hire role is ideal for a recent Master’s graduate in UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, Design, Anthropology, Product Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of professional experience in UX, Research, Design, Product, Consulting, or a related field.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex enterprise software, conducting research that directly shapes product strategies and business decisions. You’ll collaborate with global teams and client partners, ensuring research is not only thorough but also strategic, actionable, and outcome-driven.

We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, fearless in advocating for users, and skilled at connecting the dots—someone who goes beyond gathering data to uncover deeper user and business needs. If you’re hungry to learn, eager to make an impact, and looking to grow into a UX consulting role, we’d love to hear from you!

At UXReactor, research isn’t just about collecting data—it’s about telling compelling stories, revealing real user needs, and driving meaningful change.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Drive all stages of research, from recruitment and participant communications to conducting studies, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights that shape product and business decisions.

  • To maximize research impact, ensure comprehensive research plans align with business needs, project goals, and timelines.

  • Support and facilitate workshops, engaging stakeholders in research-driven discussions, uncovering insights, and aligning teams on user needs and business impact.

  • Analyze and synthesize findings, translating complex user behaviors and patterns into compelling narratives that inform design, strategy, and enterprise decision-making.

  • Create and present research artifacts, including journey maps, personas, reports, data visualizations, and other deliverables that effectively communicate insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, Design, Anthropology, Product Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of prior professional experience in UX, Research, Design, Product, Consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify unmet user needs and business opportunities through research.

  • Proven ability to independently apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies based on project needs and business objectives.

  • Empathetic listening and observational skills, ensuring an unbiased understanding of user needs and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience supporting and facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders in research-driven discussions to align teams on key insights and business objectives.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional teams.
