Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive appointments and calendars
Handle email management and organization
Prepare presentations and spreadsheets
Oversee social media management
Develop and implement workflows and processes
Research technologies and offer recommendations
Administer CRM updates and data entry
Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and dining
Assist with project coordination and event planning
Provide support with personal tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability during business hours (Mon-Fri) with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week
Experience in an administrative support role
Home office setup with a computer (Mac or PC) meeting the technical requirements, including a fast and reliable internet connection
Smartphone with email capabilities and a professional, quiet workspace
Additional Information:
Contractor Role: This is a 1099 contractor position
Pay Rate: $18 - $21 per hour based on experience
Payment Schedule: Fixed monthly payment based on contracted hours
Background Check: All applicants may be subject to a background check
