Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $42,000- $62,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Associate Producer for Ramsey Network, you’ll be the driving force behind production – keeping logistics in check, ensuring projects stay on track, and helping bring creative ideas to life. You'll assist the Producer in executing creative visions, coordinating production schedules, and overseeing post-production edits.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have over 1 year of experience working with a production team or similar
• You are a Ramsey Network content consumer (Must be a listener of our shows)
• You excel at organization, problem-solving and communication
• You are highly skilled in managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating logistics
• You understand production for content (YouTube, Podcast, Radio)
• You have on-set production experience  

What Winning Looks Like:

• Oversee production schedules and maintain key content calendars
• Coordinate talent sourcing and booking for productions
• Ensure crew and talent are prepared with clear communication and call sheets
• Work with engineering to test gear and troubleshoot production needs
• Assist in post-production, ensuring edits align with creative vision
• Represent the producer in meetings and provide production updates
