Safely drive students to and from school and special events.
Greet students with a smile and keep a fun, respectful atmosphere on board.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
Communicate with school staff and families.
Keep your bus clean, fueled, and in top shape.
Lead emergency drills (2x per year) and keep safety top of mind.
Age 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Live in Teton County.
Clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
Ability to pass DOT physicals and drug tests.
Willingness to earn a Wyoming CDL with passenger/school bus endorsements (we pay for it!).
Starting at $24.55/hr (paid over 12 months), based on experience.
Full Family Health Insurance: 100% covered (medical, dental, vision).
HSA Contribution: $175/month from district.
Retirement: 15% of salary contributed to state pension by the district.
Paid Time Off: 10 days + overtime opportunities.

Split Shift: ~4.75–5.25 hours/day
(6:30–9:00 AM & 2:00–5:00 PM)
